Crystal has partnered with AIESEC, the world’s largest student-run organisation, to develop an ambitious project. #GlobalCrystal will bring 60 global volunteers from 60 countries accross 5 continents to our headquarters in Antalya.
Each volunteer will join the team for six weeks to collect insights from their home countries. The project will run for two years and aims to understand hidden needs in different markets which will later be translated into enhanced product efficiency and higher standards. Understanding our customers and partners is a top priority in every decision we take.
Imane Befaida and Naim Guesmi, from Morocco and Tunisia respectively, were the first two to join us. “It is a pleasure for me to work with Crystal. I’m part of a great team who are committed to what they do and this is a huge opportunity to further develop my skills”, said Imane.
They will also enjoy cultural activities organised by Crystal Industrial and AIESEC Antalya and have the chance to explore the city and its surroundings. Each volunteer will be able to add value for themselves and our partners.
Getting well-acquainted with cultural differences will not just help Crystal earn a competitive edge but will also prove effective in improving customer experience. That’s why we are conducting our business according to both local and global considerations: being “glocal”- or globally local – is our target and the #GlobalCrystal project will support us doing that”, says Metehan Kart, Foreign Trade manager.
